Returns (First 3 Days)

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags attached

If your return is approved within this 3-day window, you will receive a refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping fees).

After 3 Days (Exchanges Only)

After the initial 3-day return window, items are eligible for exchange only.

  • A $25 restocking fee will apply.

  • Buyer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Exchange shipping costs

  • Ensuring the item arrives back safely

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. NOUVO VZN is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

All sale items, limited drops, and special releases may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
